about

My name is Sozan Savehilaghi, welcome to my e-home!

I work with community organizations, artists, activists, unions, service providers and non-profit groups to develop both print and digital communication that inform, inspire and mobilize.

I’m a grassroots organizer, web and graphic designer, and overall communications nerd based in Vancouver on the west coast of Canada. I live and work on the traditional territories of the Musqueam, Skxwú7mesh (Squamish), Stó:lo & Tsleil-Waututh peoples.

For many years I have been, and continue to be involved in grassroots migrant justice, feminist, anti-racist and anti-capitalist movements.

My experiences in community and movement building have drawn me to explore how we communicate ideas in pursuit of achieving justice and liberation for us all. There are many tools that can help movements and communities disseminate ideas. Graphic design, web design, and the myriad of web-based mediums including social media are just a few of many.

I work with community organizations, artists, activists, unions, service providers and non-profit groups to develop both print and digital communication that inform, inspire and mobilize.

My specialty is fully loaded WordPress websites that are social media connected and search engine optimized, print promotional materials like posters and pamphlets and image and content creation for social media. I also love, doing environmental design (banners and exhibition signage), logos and business cards. Browse some of my work.

If you have a project or campaign, big or small, that you want to communicate visually, and you want to know if we can work together, send me a message.
